Alkar is an independent corporate finance firm, providing mergers and acquisitions, financing and strategic advisory services to companies in Europe.  Our clients include start-ups, small and medium-sized enterprises and investment funds, in the Technology, Energy and Healthcare industries. 

Alkar means "together" in Basque. This choice of name reflects our desire to establish a relationship of trust with our client, but also with the other counterparties, allowing us to move forward together towards an optimal solution, in a long-term perspective. 

Alkar was founded in 2015 in Lyon, France, and has additional offices in Paris and Berlin, Germany.
