Bernard started his career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen. He was then CFO for various GDF Suez subsidiaries and start-ups before moving to Innovation finan­cing, as a manager for Ac­ies Consulting Group. He was strongly in­vol­ved in M&A activity during his time at GDF Suez and more recently as Eurohold’s Managing Partner France. 

Ber­nard graduated from EDHEC Business School. He speaks French, English, German and Italian.


Fanny Peigner

Fanny was as a Corporate Finance analyst at M&A consultancy Eu­ro­hold in Barcelona, prior to moving to Lyon, where she held various positions in Corporate Finance, advising a wide range of clients in relation to acquisitions and disposals, as well as Innovation fi­nancing. 


Fanny graduated from Toulouse Business School and ESEC Barcelona. She speaks French, Spa­nish and English.


Sonja Fell

Sonja has 25 years’ experience in Corporate Fi­nan­ce as head of M&A for international groups in the IT-Sector, before getting involved in Corporate Finance advisory. She has successfully planned and executed a wide range of cross-border M&A transactions, both on the sell- and buy-side. 

Sonja holds a MA in Literature from Uni­versité Paris-Sorbonne and an MBA from Saint Xa­vier University. She speaks German, Eng­lish and French.


Agnès Lejeune

 Scientific advisor

Agnès spent most of her 25 years' career at French energy company Electricité de France (EDF) in various positions, including as Director of R&D and HR deputy Director for ErDF (distribution). She is currently CEO of management consultancy Dhere Conseil. 

 Angès is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and Mines ParisTech.
